New workout i create for core,arms and upper back.

Lift up yourself and slowly swing back and forth see how long can you do it, just play with it and challenge yourself:).
If you are more flexible your can straight your legs but it will also gets harder.

最近發明新的運動。自己的身體自己扛
針對核心,手臂跟上背部。

撐起自己的身體,手臂不動身體其他部位慢慢的像盪鞦韆一樣前後擺動。
如果你柔軟度好可以把雙腿伸直,不過難度也會相對增加。
沒有定要做幾組,看你能夠撐多久。Just Play With It, Have FUN!!!!!
